4. Payments and Fees

Payments may be made via:

QuickBooks Online

Direct invoice

All fees are due as stated in your service agreement or invoice.

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

Fees are non-refundable.

Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

24-hour notice is required to reschedule sessions.

Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

Corporate engagements may have separate contractual terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All Website content, materials, training content, worksheets, frameworks, and resources are the intellectual property of EmergeWell coaching, LLC.

Note: Coaching services are not covered under HIPAA.

Results vary based on individual participation, effort, and circumstances.

We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, including:

Career advancement

Health improvements

Financial results

Symptom relief

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

EmergeWell Coaching, LLC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this Website or services.

Your use of services is voluntary and at your own risk.
