About Denise Logan

Meet the founder

Denise Logan,
IWHI-Certified
Menopause Coach

IWHI-Certified Perimenopause & Menopause Coach  ·   Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner  ·   Former CTO & Founder

For 25 years, Denise Logan operated at the highest levels of technology leadership. She built teams, led enterprise transformations, and navigated complexity for a living. Perimenopause arrived anyway and nothing in that toolkit prepared her for it. She built EmergeWell because the gap between what women were experiencing and what they were being offered was too large to ignore.

The background

She spent 25 years leading complex change.
Then perimenopause arrived.

For most of her career, Denise Logan’s worth was measured in output. CTO. Founder. Triathlete. Marathon runner. Non-profit president. Five days a week driving her kids to climbing practice, most weekends volunteering as a competition judge. She didn’t do all of that because she was organized. She did it because somewhere along the way she decided that enough was a number she hadn’t hit yet.

Perimenopause changed that. Not by slowing her down, though sometimes it did. It changed it because it created a kind of stillness that forced her to look at what she had actually been running toward.

What she found, and what eventually led her to build EmergeWell, was that almost nothing existed at the intersection of rigorous menopause science and the specific reality of high-performing women. The available resources either medicalized the experience without explaining it, or minimized it without taking it seriously. Neither gave women what they actually needed: a structured, evidence-based framework for understanding what was happening in their bodies and building a real response to it.

She left her executive career to fill that gap. She completed her certification through the Integrative Women’s Health Institute — a 12-month clinical training program built on current perimenopause research, NBHWC-approved, covering complex multi-system presentations. She also holds a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner designation, which is the methodology behind the ADKAR® framework embedded in the TI™ coaching structure. The combination of those two bodies of knowledge is what makes the Transition Intelligence™ Framework different from generic wellness coaching.
EmergeWell was built on a single conviction: capable women navigating one of the most significant biological transitions of their lives deserve more than symptom checklists and generic advice. They deserve a framework built for the way they think.

"I built EmergeWell because I kept watching women like me — capable, driven, perpetually in motion — hit this transition completely alone and assume something was wrong with them."

Nothing is wrong with us. We just never had permission to want something different.

Who this is for

This framework is for you if

Denise’s clients are not beginners at managing complexity. They are executives, founders, senior leaders, physicians, engineers, and caregivers, women who have spent their careers solving difficult problems and are frustrated when this transition is not taken as seriously as they are.

01

You are a professional woman between your mid-30s and mid-50s noticing changes you cannot fully explain, and “it’s probably stress” is not a sufficient answer.

02
You have been told everything is normal, but normal does not account for what you are experiencing at work and at home.
03
You are high-performing by nature. The idea of slowing down feels like failure, but pushing through has stopped producing the results it used to.
04
You want to understand what is happening in your body — the mechanism, not just the management — so you can make informed decisions about it.
05
You believe this transition can be navigated with intelligence and intention. You are ready to stop managing perimenopause and start leading yourself through it.
