Meet the founder
Denise Logan,
IWHI-Certified
Menopause Coach
IWHI-Certified Perimenopause & Menopause Coach · Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner · Former CTO & Founder
For 25 years, Denise Logan operated at the highest levels of technology leadership. She built teams, led enterprise transformations, and navigated complexity for a living. Perimenopause arrived anyway and nothing in that toolkit prepared her for it. She built EmergeWell because the gap between what women were experiencing and what they were being offered was too large to ignore.

The background
She spent 25 years leading complex change.
Then perimenopause arrived.
For most of her career, Denise Logan’s worth was measured in output. CTO. Founder. Triathlete. Marathon runner. Non-profit president. Five days a week driving her kids to climbing practice, most weekends volunteering as a competition judge. She didn’t do all of that because she was organized. She did it because somewhere along the way she decided that enough was a number she hadn’t hit yet.
What she found, and what eventually led her to build EmergeWell, was that almost nothing existed at the intersection of rigorous menopause science and the specific reality of high-performing women. The available resources either medicalized the experience without explaining it, or minimized it without taking it seriously. Neither gave women what they actually needed: a structured, evidence-based framework for understanding what was happening in their bodies and building a real response to it.
"I built EmergeWell because I kept watching women like me — capable, driven, perpetually in motion — hit this transition completely alone and assume something was wrong with them."
Nothing is wrong with us. We just never had permission to want something different.
— Denise Logan
Why this background matters to you
What 25 years in executive leadership and IWHI training actually gives you
- She understands the stakes. When cognitive clarity, energy, and emotional regulation are disrupted in a high-pressure career, she does not need the implications explained. She has lived them.
- She can translate the science. The IWHI training covers perimenopause physiology at clinical depth. That means she explains the biology accurately, without overstating certainty or minimizing complexity.
- She has been through it. Her own perimenopause is not a disclaimer, it is part of her clinical picture. She knows what it is like to navigate this transition while carrying a full professional and personal life.

Who this is for
This framework is for you if
Denise’s clients are not beginners at managing complexity. They are executives, founders, senior leaders, physicians, engineers, and caregivers, women who have spent their careers solving difficult problems and are frustrated when this transition is not taken as seriously as they are.
You are a professional woman between your mid-30s and mid-50s noticing changes you cannot fully explain, and “it’s probably stress” is not a sufficient answer.
